About Alexandra (Alex) Stata
Alexandra (“Alex”) Stata is a natural trial advocate known for her zealous representation of clients facing complex legal disputes. She prides herself on guiding injured individuals through some of the most challenging moments of their lives, delivering strategic and compassionate advocacy from case inception through resolution. Ms. Stata has a keen ability to tailor her approach to each client’s unique circumstances.
Ms. Stata has vast experience on both sides of civil litigation, spanning criminal prosecution, personal injury and medical malpractice defense, and plaintiff-side employment discrimination. Notably, Ms. Stata competed nationally as a trial advocate in law school, where she was named Best Advocate at the 2023 National Mock Trial Competition and earned the Professor Keith Sullivan Award for professionalism and integrity in advocacy. This exposure to both sides of litigation gives her a sharp eye for case development and the ability to challenge the opposition case with unwavering commitment to the strongest possible outcome.
Ms. Stata obtained her law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
