Biography
Mr. Groman is a native New Yorker, born, raised and educated in Brooklyn (and he roots for both the Yankees and the Mets). He attended Brooklyn College before starting St. John's University Law School. He graduated as a member of Law Review, having authored a published legal article. Mr. Groman began his legal profession as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's office, assigned to its elite Homicide Bureau. He commenced his personal injury career in 1979, when he first represented insurance companies, seeing how they viewed accidents and injuries, and learning how to analyze a case from their point of view. Mr. Groman used this to enhance his ability to work for clients injured in accidents, working in pre-trial discovery, depositions, motions, mediations and trials. He developed strong analytical, management, evaluation, and settlement negotiating skills which have now benefited his clients for decades.
Mr. Groman prides himself in his ability to relate and communicate in an open and straight forward manner. He works hard and diligently to assure that favorable and fair results are obtained for his clients. It is integral for Mr. Groman to attain the maximum value of a client's lawsuit. It is this work ethic and dedication that makes Tod such a valuable asset in our office.
Mr. Groman is admitted in New York State, as well as the Federal Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
